However, training needs do vary by company and situation which is exactly the reason Dominion offers a variety of on-site and web-based training solutions. On-Site Training

- Have you just started your conversion process and need to know everything about the system?
- Do you need help with training all your end users before system roll out?
- Has your business changed and you find you need to change your business processes?
- Do you want to dedicate a full day or more to learning one or more areas of the system?

These are all excellent reasons to have Dominion visit you and conduct training right in your office. All of our training packages are tailored to your specific needs and your staff schedules. Some of the on-site training options include:

• "Train-the-Trainer"
  A more intense training session which is limited to a select group of staff members from your company. This group will then disseminate the information to the remainder of your staff according to each staff member’s needs. Training typically covers all areas of the system, with emphasis placed on the features of most interest to your company. We find this level of training to be the most beneficial since your senior staff will discover new features and discussions typically evolve into proposed usage/advantages of implementing the features.



• End-User Training
  A less intense training session which is open to all staff members within your company. Here, all relevant topics are covered from an agenda planned jointly by Dominion and your senior staff. These training sessions are typically divided into smaller workgroups based on how your company will use the system. Both administrative and user topics are covered.



• System Administrator Training
  A session for your system administrators or senior staff who are responsible for overseeing system and operating procedures within your company. This is not technical training - it focuses exclusively on administrative areas accessible from within LeaseComplete itself. Topics include:
